Originally opened as the Athole Hydropathic in Victorian times, the property has benefited from considerable new investment throughout since being purchased late in 2001 by a consortium of Dublin businessmen.

A growing reputation for the quality of the cuisine is now established, using the very best of local and Perthshire produce, to create a choice of menus full of game and fish specialities from Scotland`s larder.
