The Atholl Palace Hotel, the epitome of Scottish baronial splendour, stands overlooking wooded parkland grounds and the town to surrounding hills. Originally opened as the Athole Hydropathic in Victorian times, the property has benefited from considerable new investment throughout since being purchased late in 2001 by a consortium of Dublin businessmen.

A growing reputation for the quality of the cuisine is now established, using the very best of local and Perthshire produce, to create a choice of menus full of game and fish specialities from Scotland`s larder.
