Our friendly hotel is situated only 200 yards from the seafront, we offer views of Cumbrae and Bute, a tail lift coach, bar, decking over burn, disabled facilities, ample parking and ramped access from the train station.

Siting on the shores of the Firth of Clyde, Largs is a traditional seaside resort. The Burnlea Hotel boasts an ideal location, set by the side of the GoGo Burn and only yards away from the idyllic coastline and newly developed seafront. Guests can enjoy sea views from the lounges or indeed from our new decking, with comfortable seating, also guests can use our Kennedy`s corner bar to enjoy a cool fresh drink. The hotel also has arranged coach tours throughout the week taking in such places as Loch Lomond, Culzean Castle and the Burrell collection to name but a few (coach tours are individually priced).

But the one thing the Burnlea is reknowned for our caring, attentive and friendly management and staff. We host several speciality weeks throughout the year including Rabbie Burns, Easter Eggstravaganza, St Patrick`s, Art and Valentine, Turkey and Tinsel and Hogmonay. We have ample parking at the front of the Burnlea including designated disabled parking, we also have ground floor disabled toilets and excellent access throughout our hotel. We have also ground floor disabled toilets and excellent access throughout our hotel. We have 31 en-suite bedrooms, 11 ground floor rooms all of which boast a level access shower. We have nightly entertainment throughout the week ranging from Bingo to solo artistes to a traditional celidh on a friday night.
