The Roxburghe Hotel and Golf Course reflects the warm, friendly atmosphere to be expected when staying with friends in a beautiful home rather than merely checking into a hotel.

If you shun modern and soulless accommodation in favour of tranquility and a bit of up-market sophistication, this is the place for you.

Owned by The Duke of Roxburghe, the hotel nestles privately amongst woodlands on the banks of the River Teviot. Many of the 22 bedrooms have all been individually designed by the Duchess herself, some of which have four poster beds and log fires.

The Scottish Borders is renowned for the quality of its fish, meat and game and this local produce is used to good effect by the award winning Chef, Keith Short. The hotel has a fine choice of wines from the Duke`s own cellar, to compliment the high standard of food.

Other leisure activities include shooting, pheasant, partridge and grouse, clay pidgeon shooting is popular offering competitions and tuition, mountain biking, croquet and the Health and Beauty Suite.

Additional Facilities:
*Health & Beauty Suite
*Golf Course
