Winteringham Fields is a 16th Century Manor House set in the centre of the quiet rural village of Winteringham. Two hours by train from London it is the perfect hideaway to escape the pressures of the outside world.

Germain Schwab`s style of cooking has gained him recognition and awards in all the major food guides. His brigade of ten chefs are all dedicated professionals, producing some of the finest food in the country.

Local produce is the mainstay of his cuisine, fish daily from Grimsby, game in season from the local shoots, vegetables and herbs grown in the gardens at Winteringham Fields.
