The Moorings Hotel is a converted Victorian mansion house set in its own grounds. The main house was custom built in 1891 for Archibald Colville the son of one of Scotland`s foremost steel dynasties and has been upgraded and extended.
The decor of the bedrooms has been professionally designed to provide a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. Many of the rooms still show original wood features.
