Located in the heart of Aberdeen, within a few minutes walk of the railway and bus stations. This privately owned hotel has a friendly atmosphere, comfortable accommodation and serves meals throughout the day in the Café Royal. It is a great base for business travellers or for short breaks. Ferry terminal from the Northern Isles only a short distance. The shops, entertainment centre and many of the visitor attractions are literally on the doorstep. Limited private Car Parking available.
Recently all bedrooms have been refurbished and include Ensuite Bath/Shower, Hospitality Tray, Trouser Press, Direct Dial Telephone with Modem point, Hair Dryer, Television with complimentary satellite channels, Room service, guest programmable wake up calls and sound proof glazing. All Double beds have been upgraded to either Queen or King size.
We have a number of Executive rooms with dedicated workspace, king size bed and a lounge area with TV. For romantic breaks we have a room with hand carved 6 ft. four poster bed or if you have an important client to impress we can offer the Royal Suite which includes an upstairs¿ pentagon shaped lounge. There are several Family Rooms to accommodate up to 4 persons. Cots available on request.
The Café Royal offers snacks, meals or a drink from 10.00 am ¿ 9.00 pm, 7 days a week. Extensive Lunch, Pre-theatre and Dinner menus available, all home cooked to order, the majority with fresh Scottish ingredients. Children welcome, we can offer a special menu and highchairs available if required. Breakfast served from 6.00 am ¿ 9.30 am Monday to Friday and 7.00 am ¿ 10.00 am Saturday and Sunday.
Special weekend rates on offer throughout the year.
