Welcome to Ashfield House Hotel, a secluded seventeenth-century private hotel quietly situated down a small lane, only a few yards from the cobbled village square. As resident owners, we extend a warm and friendly welcome, in the relaxed atmosphere of our ·Home from Home· environment, offering all the opportunity to enjoy the Dales and relax while visiting us. There are no strangers here, just friends we have yet to meet. The hotel benefits from full central heating, which, together with a wood burning stove and our large open fires creates that cosy atmosphere particularly in the colder months. Many an evening has been spent with friends roasting chestnuts and marshmallows whilst sipping a glass of wine. The seven twin or double-bedded rooms all have private facilities, colour television, hairdryers and courtesy tray and Internet connection. Wireless broadband is available free throughout the house.
