The Priory Hotel is a beautiful Grade II listed building, built by Thomas Espin, FSA in 1818 in a `Victorian Gothic` style. It was Mr Espin`s dream to build his home in a country park setting, and with 3 acres of beautiful gardens, a lake and many mature trees, it is easy to see how his dream was realised. The Priory is conveniently located at the end of Eastgate, just a few minutes walk from the bustling market town of Louth with its many attractions.

Overlooking the beautiful gardens is the Library Bar with original wood carvings, which was formerly used as a study and library. Our delightful restaurant, Serendipity, is open to residents during the week and non-residents on Thursday - Saturday. We pride ourselves on using predominantly fresh, seasonal and local produce for our delicious dishes.

All in all, The Priory is a fascinating property that has a character and ambience which is just not found in modern properties. We welcome guests for holidays, weddings, special occasions, business, conferences, etc.

On the edge of the scenic Lincolnshire Wolds, Louth is also within easy reach of the coast (Mablethorpe 10 miles), Skegness (20 miles), Grimsby (20 miles), and Lincoln (25 miles).
