away, Scottish Borders beef, lamb and organic pork from local traditional
butchers. All our Beef purchases are Prime Scottish Beef and are fully
traceable as members of The Scottish Beef Club. Fresh fruit and vegetables
come from local growers. We source the finest wild mushrooms, organic
vegetables, cheese and a variety of exotic ingredients from around the
world. The Wheatsheaf Restaurant has an eclectic and exclusive wine list
with 150 selections from around the world. Why not relax by the open log
