On five floors, each room of individual character, some featuring four poster beds. Within easy walking distance of Haymarket railway station and West End of Princes Street. There is a wide range of restaurants available in the city centre, or evening meals are available by prior arrangement.

Please not there is no 24 hour access and no front door keys allocated.
