Clonyard is a small, friendly, family run hotel. It caters both for visitors to the area and the many local guests who call in for meals and drinks. Those with business in the nearby towns will find Clonyard a relaxing retreat at the end of the day. Only 20 minutes from Dumfries. The accommodation offers a choice of traditional, large, well-furnished rooms on the first floor of the main house, or ` The Garden Wing`. These are modern comfortable ground floor rooms, each with its own small patio, to catch the sun and overlooking a quiet area of the garden. One is specially fitted for those of limited mobility.

The Clonyard House Hotel has 15 rooms on 2 floors.
