The traditional 17th century Welsh stone exterior belies, what lies within,
for once inside the entranceway opens into a stunning sequence of intimate,
immaculately designed rooms, where a fusion of traditional and contemporary
style is allied with simplicity.
Six extremely well appointed luxurious guest bedrooms - some with four
poster king beds - are all decorated with imaginative flair.
Individual dining tables in our restaurant make the perfect showcase for our
food, which can only be described as simple, artistically presented and
utterly delicious. Our focus is on the very best of local, and where
possible organic ingredients. This combined with an outstanding selection
