Allow me to introduce you to the Ayrshire & Galloway Hotel. Completely refurbished and modernised we have 25 ensuite rooms to choose from. Our bedrooms are all equipped with tea/coffee making facilities, colour TV with satellite channels, hair dryer and trouser press.

We are situated within the heart of Ayr`s bustling town centre and close to all amenities including the train station, cinema, racecourse, and main shopping precinct in the new Ayr Central Centre.

We have a car park, free for our guest`s to use.

Enjoy quality surrounding in our bars and restaurants. `The Shire Bar` a warm friendly bar popular with locals and residents alike. With an open fire the Shire Bar is the place to come and relax with a healthy dram....

`The Badge Bistro` is an elegant restaurant, refurbished at the end of 2005 and is a captivating addition to the hotel. Serving a traditional menu with a superb quality of local produce - a menu to suit every palate.

`The meridian` this is a stylish award winning cafe bar with an extensive, cutting edge, quality menu. It is a true taste of the continent. A wide selection of continental beers, wines and coffees are available.

`The Oak Room` is a small room that can cater for up to 36 covers. This conference room is available for functions of all kinds. Whether you are having a board meeting, dinner or seminar, the Oak Room makes an ideal venue.

`The Honest Man` a lovely local public house, it has a friendly atmosphere, with a pool table and a wide range of spirits and beers available.
