Aston Hotel Dumfries will blend state of the art facilities with traditional Scottish hospitality, with interiors creating an atmosphere of luxurious simplicity. Open from 7am right through until last orders at 9.30pm seven days a week, Brasserie & bar 59 is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxed meal, snack or drink in cool yet cosy comfort. At the breakfast buffet, choose from healthy juices, fruits and cereals, continental pastries, or create a traditional hot, hearty breakfast. At lunch time and in the evening enjoy one of our superb, prepared to order sandwiches and light bites, or take your pick from the impressive à la carte menu. At the end of the day unwind with a nightcap from the extensive selection of wines, spirits and liqueurs available in bar 59. Relax and enjoy your stay.
