Originally the West Lodge to Highcliffe Castle, and home to Dowager Duchess of Waterford, the building has over the years been extensively re-built and extended to provide modern comforts and amenities whilst still retaining the style, charm and character of yesterday.
The Restaurant, overlooking the terrace and colourful garden, has recently been tastefully refurbished offering a calm and intimate atmosphere in which to enjoy a Fine Dining experience.
Adjacent to the Restaurant is the bar and well appointed lounge where diners may relish a pre dinner aperitif or afterwards relax with coffee, liquers and petit fours.
