Private Victorian Country House Hotel and Restaurant set in 4 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens offering luxurious en-suite bedrooms, elegant, spacious reception rooms and state of the art function and conference facilities. Situated on the main A2 just 1.5 miles from the town of Sittingbourne, set well back and surrounded by beautiful Kentish countryside. The Cathedral towns of Canterbury and Rochester are within a twenty minute drive and the port of Dover is just half an hour away.
Within the hotel, award winning Lakes Restaurant can seat 60 diners and we have 2 private rooms which are available for smaller functions as well as conferences. Our brand new function suite, which was completed last November, can hold up to 150 guests and is fully equipped with all the latest audio visual and sound systems. It is situated next to the new Coach House Bar and is the perfect venue for all types of functions including weddings and conferences. We have a licence for civil ceremonies and these can take place either in the Heritage Suite, the Drawing Room or the beautiful new Roman style Gazebo in the courtyard.
