The heart of the house is the restaurant where Max Fischer presides, preparing food for his Michelin-starred dining room.
Susan Fischer and her team look after the `front of house` and 11 individually-styled bedrooms. The atmosphere of comfort and character retains the elegance of bygone days when Baslow Hall was a private residence.
