Hidden away in the North Yorkshire countryside you will find Aldwark Manor Hotel, a splendid Victorian manor house. The hotel was originally built by Lord Walshingham as a wedding present to his daughter Mary. It is set in a 118-acre estate, boasting its own 18-hole golf course, which has the River Ure running through it. The hotel comprises of a number of distinctive types of accommodation, from a traditional style four poster room in the Manor House for that romantic occasion, to a contemporary style suite in the new extension, from which you can relax on the balcony with fantastic views over the North Yorkshire countryside. The hotel’s Reflections Leisure Club offers the latest in facilities, with swimming pool, fully equipped gym, beauty treatment rooms, steam room and sauna.
