Situated in the heart of beautiful countryside where the West Highlands meets the Lowlands, experience a warm, friendly atmosphere, with excellent accommodation in our child friendly hotel. Braeholm is an alcohol free and smoke free zone. With a selection of single, twin, double and family suites available, you can expect a warm Scottish welcome for you and your family. We are situated in the small country town of Helensburgh on the banks of the River Clyde. Helensburgh is home to Hill House and anyone with a passion for design and architecture will love Charles Rennie Mackintosh`s design. Ten minutes drive from Loch Lomond, Ben Lomond and Scotland`s first national park. There is a direct rail link into Glasgow which is 23 miles away and Glasgow airport is 30 minutes drive by car. RSR Braeholm has a gym and sauna together with a beautician. Our creche, registered with the Scottish Care Commission, is open Monday to Friday so that you can enjoy a couple of hours to relax whilst your wee ones are looked after by our creche workers. RSR (Royal Sailors Rest) Braeholm is a naval charity and there are discounts for all Service personnel. There is a coffee shop on site serving light lunches and refreshments.
