The Edwardene Hotel is a beautiful Victorian Lakeland stone property, quietly situated near to Keswick market place, theatre and lake. Built in 1885, the hotel has three storeys with eleven en-suite bedrooms, and, for the comfort and safety of our guests is completely non smoking. Within a short and easy walk of Keswick`s market square, the hotel provides a most convenient location, close to many amenities yet in a quiet position. The Edwardene serves as an excellent base to explore the central and northern Lake District, whether for a relaxing break away from it all, or for discovering the beauty of the mountains, fells and lakes of this outstanding area. Our bedrooms are all furnished and decorated to a very high standard and all have bath and/or shower rooms en-suite. Each room has a direct dial telephone with alarm clock and radio, colour television, hairdryer and tea and coffee making facilities. |
