Formerly `The Meteor Hotel` and now under new private ownership, this attractive 1860`s B-listed Victorian building is a splendid modern hotel offering guests and non-residents alike the warmest of welcomes, exceptional value hospitality, and the ideal base from which to explore the delights of Burns Country and beyond. Without compromising on the essentials, we make it our policy not to charge for amenities and that most guests are never likely to require, which means that we are able to offer a first class service affordable to all.

From our location in the heart of Ayr, the fabulous beach and esplanade and the excellent shopping centre are within a 10 minute stroll, and there are numerous amenities near by that all the family can enjoy, such as swimming, bowling, Ayr racecourse theatres and several fine parks and gardens.
