We are a small friendly 18 room B&B close to both the Royal Victoria Park and the Royal Crescent and only 5-8 minutes walk to the city centre. All public areas are strictly non-smoking and over 1/2 of the bedrooms are restricted as strictly non-smoking; though we do have some bedrooms for the smoker.
