Western House Hotel is a beautifully restored 1920`s mansion and only 5 min walk from the famous Ayr Racecourse which hosts the Scottish Grand National, Scottish Derby and the Ayr Gold Cup festival with a host of Race Meeting throughout the year.

The Hotel is easily accessible with Glasgow Prestwick International Airport within 10 minute drive with road links to Glasgow and Edinburgh and Sea Links from Troon and Stranraer.

We are surrounded by Golf Courses with Royal Troon, Prestwick and Turnberry on our doorstep. We are within walking distance to Ayr Town Centre where you can find plenty of shopping and leisure facilities, restaurants, bars and nightclubs. The Hotel is an ideal base for visiting numerous places of interests including Castles and Country Parks, Burns Heritage Centre, Festivals and The Isles of Arran and Cumbrae.
