The hotel stands in 17 acres of formal gardens and parkland with wonderful views across the Cheshire countryside towards the Welsh mountains. An ideal touring base for Chester and North Wales, Willington Hall is within easy reach of airports, railway and the motorway network.
Willington Hall was built in 1829 as a private house for the Tomkinson family. It was converted into a restaurant in 1977 and a little later into an hotel with 10 bedrooms. The interior has retained its period features whilst having undergone major refurbishment under the ownership of Diana and Stuart Begbie.

Each bedroom has been individual decorated with the finest furnishing fabrics and attention to detail to ensure that your stay at Willington Hall is as pleasurable as possible.

Dine in the Gainsborough Restaurant with full a la carte and table d’hôte menus. Local produce is freshly prepared by our excellent chefs and complemented by our extensive wine list. Willington Hall is open for luncheon and dinner service. Non-residents welcome.
