              | Kinloch House is a well-appointed country house situated in central Perthshire offering luxury accommodation and superb cuisine with friendly, efficient service close to many fascinating attractions.
The house, built in 1840, has 18 bedrooms, including three suites and four ground floor rooms, which are individually decorated, and all with modern facilities.

There is also a health and fitness centre, comprising a sauna, steam room, spa bath, gym and 35 foot long swimming pool. Various beauty treatments are also available with prior notice.

There is a consistency of performance in the kitchen and a belief in the value of freshness and quality. Full use is made of local game, Aberdeen Angus beef, fish, shellfish and produce from the garden.

Sport is an integral part of Scottish life and Perthshire is no exception. Driven and walked up pheasant and partridge shooting is available, and the River Tay is only a few miles away, where salmon can be organised as well as loch fishing for trout. Golf is an extremely popular pastime and there are over 30 courses within an hours drive of the Hotel.

Perthshire offers a treasure trove of visitor attractions too extensive to mention, some of which include castles, churches, museums, distilleries and gardens. There are also a variety of walks for the keen enthusiast and the not so energetic who just want to experience the awesome and stunning scenery.

Kinloch House is an ideal venue to unwind and relax from the stress and pressures of modern life. What better way to rejuvenate yourself than by taking a leisurely swim in the exercise pool, followed by a relaxing sauna before settling down in front of a crackling wood fire with a good book and a cup of tea, a glass of wine or a single malt whisky.

So whatever your interests and desires Kinloch House is the ideal setting for you.    Name and Type Price Range Double Room : Double £108.00 - £140.00 Double/Twin Room : Double £120.00 - £155.00 Single Room (one with bath) : Single £100.00 - £125.00 Junior Suite (2 adults 1 child) : Suite £136.00 - £170.00 Suite (2 adults 2 children) : Suite £144.00 - £180.00
