Small and welcoming Kemps is situated in unspoilt Dorset countryside. Facing south, the hotel overlooks the Valley of the Frome and has wonderful views of the Purbeck Hills. The hotel is very conveniently situated within a short distance of Wareham, Lulworth Cove, Corfe Castle and Swanage. Once a Victorian Rectory built in 1874, the house provides a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere in which to enjoy your stay. There are two lounges and a bar. Real log fires burn in the grate in winter, and in summer you can enjoy sitting on the terrace in the garden. There are five bedrooms in the Main House, four converted from the Old Coach House and six spacious rooms on the ground floor of the Garden Wing. There is also a large function room ideal for wedding receptions, conferences, and meetings.
