The George Washington Golf & Country Club is within reach of Newcastle, Sunderland and Durham. With excellent leisure facilities including a 18 hole Championship golf course the hotel is an excellent base for all. A number of meeting rooms are available to accommodate 6 to 250 delegates. The Washington Suite, with its own bar, can seat up to 200 people and has all the facilities for audio visual presentations. The suite is also ideal for private functions, easily accommodating 180 guests for a dinner dance.
