For over 700 years Dalhousie Castle has been providing wholehearted Scottish hospitality from among the rolling Midlothian hills. Fascinating reminders of a rich and turbulent history include the Dungeon Restaurant, a delightful setting in which to enjoy classical Scottish/French cuisine, and the oak panelled Library Bar. 15 of the 29 Castle bedrooms have an historical theme, and include the Robert the Bruce and the De Ramseia suite. Seven additional bedrooms are available in the nearby 100 year old Lodge. Just two minutes walk away from the Castle, the Lodge has been refurbished in a relaxing country house style and overlooks the South Esk River. Five function rooms are available for banquets, weddings, and conferences for up to 120 guests/delegates. To complete the unique facilities the `Aqueous` Spa, the first of its kind in Scotland, has been designed to `Relax the body and free the mind`. Combining relaxing and therapeutic Spa treatments with invigorating and rejuvenating hydro facilities. Immediately adjacent to the Spa the `Orangery` offers relaxed Scottish/European dining. Additional facilities include:
Hydro Spa, Sauna & Steam Room
