Proprietor Nicole McKechnie spent many years in the USA and brings some delightful continental touches to what is otherwise essentially inventive local Scottish cuisine in daily changing menus.

And with some of Scotland`s finest visitor attractions, including Blair Castle, House of Bruar, Pitlochry`s `Theatre in the hills`, several distilleries including Scotland`s smallest, Edradour very close by, and its oldest, Glenturret not so very far away - and a haven of outdoor activity including some of Scotland`s finest walking and some great golf - this is an outstanding alternative country base to Pitlochry from which to enjoy the very best of all that is Highland Perthshire.
