An Italianate Mansion sitting in 14 acres of private gardens and woodland 1 mile from the University town of Lampeter. Whilst certain luxuries have been added over the years we pride ourselves on a warm welcome and a homely atmosphere. Falcondale Mansion is set in the secret heart of Wales, yet only 12 miles from the picturesque harbour town of Aberaeron. The bedrooms have been individually decorated to a high standard,each having its` own personality designed with your comfort in mind. Bedrooms have DVD players and WiFi internet technology. Log fires roar in the winter or why not enjoy a glass of wine on the terrace in the summer. The conservatory is is open year round to admire the view, spectacular in all seasons.
