The Lochmaddy Hotel lies on the beautiful Isle of North Uist overlooking the sea loch (a special area of conservation) and just 100 yards from the ferry terminal. All rooms are en-suite and we offer bars and comfortable lounges with real fires and a well-regarded restaurant.

Whether you wish to spend your short break enjoying some of the many activities we can arrange or simply relaxing in the Hebridean tranquillity, we can accommodate you. We also offer superb game fishing and sea angling with brown trout fishing free to hotel guests. Salmon and sea trout permits available on a priority basis and we also have a rod room with smoking and vacuum packing facilities.
