Chapters is situated in the Marketplace in Stokesley, at the foot of the beautiful North Yorkshire Moors National Park. It is a favoured destination for many business travellers because of the hotel`s convenient location for the Tees Valley business community, and also perfectly situated for those who wish to spend a relaxing weekend among our beautiful attractions. Chapters is a wonderful listed hotel full of character, dating back some 300 years. It was the venue for the inaugural meeting of the Stokesley Agricultural Society back in 1859. We have kept the character of the original building and blended this with a modern feel. The Gourmet Restaurant and Brasserie, which has an excellent reputation, is professionally run by talented award winning Chef Victoria Vassallo. All of the food is purchased locally and is freshly prepared to order. Victor and his team are passionate about great food, great service with friendly hospitality that is second to none.
