Tarbert Hotel and Restaurant is a 2-star Hotel offering quality accommodation and hospitality and is ideally located for tourist and business visitors. Penzance is a delightful market town and an ideal centre for touring the area, and the Hotel provides B&B or dinner, bed and breakfast for a short break or a longer vacation. Our cosy Bar with its log fire is ideal for meeting or making friends. We carry a full range of Spirits as well as locally brewed Beer and soft drinks. Our Wine List has been selected with care for your pleasure and includes many New World Wines, from the Antipodes to Chile. The Hotel, situated close to the centre of Penzance, is part of a Georgian Terrace of houses which were originally built in 1830 by Harrods Investment Corporation as homes for the Merchant Sea Captains who sailed the world in search of exotic goods for Harrod`s discerning clientele. The original owner, Ralph Sheldon Kindly was lost at sea in his quest for such treasures.
