The Black Lion Inn is an unashamedly traditional English pub that benefits from the personal supervision of a husband and wife team who care for both their staff and customer`s needs and who are passionate about the food they serve. The origins of the pub date back over 200 years and the changing face of Halland can be seen in the pictures displayed in the games area of the bar. The bar is comfortably furnished and the log fire burns throughout the winter months. Whilst conveniently situated on the A22 between Uckfield and Eastbourne the countryside around the pub is amongst the finest in the area and is a haven for walkers. The County Town of Lewes is a few miles away and the shopping areas of Eastbourne and Brighton can both be reached in around 30 minutes. Please Note -: Double and Twin room prices are from & to.
