The Highlander stands majestically on the Esplanade on Scarborough`s prestigious South Cliff where guests can enjoy panoramic views of the picturesque South Bay, harbour and historic castle. The Hotel is situated a short distance from the Spa entertainments and the conference complex and is only a short walk away from the town centre with it`s many attractive shops. The Highlander, formerly known as Hotel Stresa, has been tastefully modernised throughout to provide a very high standard of accommodation and comfort. All rooms are en suite and are centrally heated, with tea and coffee making facilities and remote controlled colour televisions.
