This rambling former 15th century manor house is a welcoming venue for anyone wishing to tour Somerset. Behind its thickly clad, ivy covered walls is an extremely warm and friendly ambience. Owners Mark and Melanie Haddigan have invested a tremendous amount of energy and enthusiasm in making the hotel into a haven of comfort, excellent food and attentive service. The 12 en suite bedrooms are split evenly between the main house and the coach house. All are enchanting, combining modern needs and requirements with tasteful decor and individual furnishings in cosy cottage style. Tempting a la carte dishes are served in the intimate, heavily beamed restaurant which is warmed in winter months by an open log fire.
