An elegant period building, set in pretty gardens, close to the centre of Bristol, Alveston House offers you comfortable and relaxed surroundings, combined with efficient service and excellent facilities. Whether you`re looking for a convenient business venue, the perfect place for that special occasion or just a break away from it all, you can be sure of a warm and friendly welcome.

Alveston House`s award winning restaurant provides an elegant and relaxed atmosphere in which our guests can enjoy the best of Continental and English cooking, giving diners a taste of what the region has to offer as well as a choice of the freshest ingredients. To complement your meal, we offer a wide choice of fine wines from our carefully and imaginatively selected list.

Each of our well-planned bedrooms is designed to combine traditional comfort and good taste with the modern facilities required by today`s guests. Complete with en suite bathrooms, your own pretty room will provide a comfortable and relaxed start to a new day, or the perfect setting in which to unwind after a long journey. The hotel has recently become fully non smoking.

The perfect antidote to the hustle and bustle of City life, our colourful and well laid out gardens are ideal for those looking for moments of peace and quiet. Enjoying tea on the lawns, catching up on the papers, sitting under the trees, or having a pre-dinner drink by the pond you`ll find it hard to believe you`re so close to one of the country`s busiest cities.
Beautiful walled garden.
