This huge country estate, originally built by the 7th Duke of Atholl as his summer home, is set in over 280 acres of open moorland and forest. Many of the hotel`s bedrooms are individually designed, including the Bothy Room where the bed is a boat. Overlooking the beautifully manicured lawn to the River Tay, the Garden Restaurant is an elegant place to sample fine Scottish and international cuisine.

Facilities include LivingWell Health Club with swimming pool, spa, sauna, steam room, fitness suite, beauty and hair salon, all weather tennis courts, croquet and putting lawns and Dunkeld Park - our outdoor activities centre with off-road driving, clay target shooting and quad bikes, to name only a few.

The hotel also has 5 conference and banqueting suites for up to 250 guests and a business centre.

To get to the hotel - From Glasgow follow the signs for Stirling and Perth and then Inverness. From Edinburgh follow signs to the Forth Road Bridge then Perth and continue as above. From Perth turn off the A9 13 miles north of Perth at the sign for Dunkeld. Follow the road through the village and the hotel entrance is on the left under the archway. The hotel is located down by the River Tay in the heart of the woodland of this picturesque estate.
