| This delightful 18 bedroomed non smoking hotel is perfectly located within Ambleside between the shops and lake Windermere, a short stroll to either. Plenty of private parking. Breakfast is served 8.30 – 9.30am from an extensive menu of locally sourced products and home baked goods. An extensive bar is open all day also serving cappuccinos, espresso etc and light snacks. The hotel currently has a 2-star rating from the AA & 2 Silver Stars from the ETC. Individually decorated bedrooms, all
en-suite and equipped to a high standard, some with spa baths, balconies or four poster. Front facing rooms have super views of Loughrigg and surrounding fells. Large garden with seating area. Leisure facilities and use of a fishing licence are available to our guests. Children are welcome if sharing one of our family rooms with parents. Sorry no pets. Special out of season breaks offer remarkable value.
