Located in the heart of England’s beautiful Lake District and set in 14 acres of its own grounds, Linthwaite has spectacular views of Lake Windermere and the surrounding fells.
Award-winning Linthwaite offers modern British cuisine using the best of local produce, complimented by an extensive wine list. All 27 individually decorated bedrooms are en-suite some with lake views. All have satellite television, CD Hi-Fi, direct-dial telephone, radio, trouser press, tea and coffee-making facilities, bathrobes and hairdryer.
In the grounds there are many peaceful seating spots to take maximum advantage of the views. There is fly fishing in the private tarn, a 9-hole putting green and croquet lawn. Guests also have complimentary use of a nearby leisure spa. Windermere Golf Club is only one mile away and many of the regions heritage attractions are close by. Unstuffy and relaxing, Linthwaite is the perfect place to unwind.
