where can I start, having never been to Guernsey before we by chance picked on The Wayside Cheer Hotel, we chose well and can honestly say that everyone (and the hotel was full) was also having a ball.

An ideal family hotel overlooking the beautiful sandy Grandes Rocques Bay. A large car park is available and the beach and bus stops are only 5 minutes away. All bedrooms are en-suite with colour TV and tea/coffee making facilities. Ground floor rooms available and hairdryers, irons and ironing boards are available from reception. The restaurant is available for bar meals and for evening meals and there is a bar for you to relax and enjoy a drink. The hotel also provides separate games rooms for adults and children. The hotel has a heated outdoor swimming pool situated in the lovely gardens which opens from May until the end of September. Other amenities include a spacious TV lounge for residents only. The cabaret room boasts one of the finest dance floors on the island and entertainment is available at least three nights each week throughout the year. So whether your stay is for business or pleasure a warm welcome awaits you. |
