Barton Cross, set in Devon countryside, is an excellent venue for touring Devon. Just five miles from Exeter city centre it is only one hour`s drive from the bustle of Torbay, the serenity of Dartmoor and Exmoor and the rugged beauty of the North Devon coast and the towering red cliffs of South Devon.

Closer to home are the magnificent National Trust properties of Killerton House, Knightshayes Court and Castle Drogo.

We can also arrange fishing locally and the excellent golf courses at Exeter, Tiverton and Crediton are within easy reach for handicap certificate holders whilst Fingle Glen Golf Club caters for the non-certificate holder.

We can also arrange windsurfing, horseriding and, afterwards, a session at a top local health and fitness club.
