The Tantons Hotel lies at the heart of historic Bideford, adjacent to the town centre and opposite the ancient bridge that crosses the river Torridge, whilst Bideford itself is geographically situated at the heart of North Devon.
Tantons Hotel is privately owned and managed so that a personal and friendly service is always guaranteed.
The entire hotel has recently been tastefully refurbished, gaining the distinction of Three Stars from the English Tourism Council.
More than 50 bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom, have remote controlled satellite television, direct-dial telephone, radio/alarm clock, hair drier and facilities for making hot drinks. Bedrooms are light and airy with modern decor and bedware; single, double or twin rooms are available.
