Situated in the heart of the Cotswolds, one of the most welcoming, informal and yet superbly stylish properties, transformed from what was once several farm workers’ cottages converted into one large private house, before it became a boys’ cramming school for Eton. In 1992 the house was opened to the public and became known as Washbourne Court Hotel. Each of the 29 bedrooms has been carefully decorated to the highest standards. The rooms are divided between the Main House and six Suite Cottages create a village atmosphere. The public areas are so appealing whether it be log fires in winter or enjoy the views of the bubbling brook and surrounding landscaped gardens in summer from the patio. The lounge and bar area has a rustic feel for an informal lunch or enjoy the restaurant for ‘that something special’. Meeting rooms are also available for conferences or private dining. Ratings/Awards:AA 3 Stars Number of Rooms:28 Number Ensuite:28 Restaurant Awards:2 AA Rosettes
