| Penley Manor Hotel is set in 35 acres of wooded parkland, within Hertfordshires beautiful countryside. This splendid late Victorian Manor was refurbished and opened as an hotel in October 1989.

The Harcourt Rooms , featuring ballroom, conference and meeting areas have been designed to offer flexibility in their use, providing comfortable space for meetings of between 10 and 200 people. |
