The White Hotel is a Georgian fronted building set in the heart of Hertingfordbury village. The White Horse hotel offers a combination of elegant surrounding, attractive menus, fine wine and friendly service. The Georgian Facade of the White Horse actually belies a much older interior with oak beams dating back from 400 years. Many of the spacious bedrooms overlook the hotel gardens where lunch, drinks and a truly english tea are served in the summer. In the grounds of nearby Hatfield house in the Old Palace, where Elizabeth I spent her childhood and learnt of her accession to the throne.
