The Lansdowne Strand Hotel is located at the gateway to the Wiltshire Downs in the picturesque market town of Calne. It is an ideal base for exploring the Downs or touring around to attractions such as Longleat House and Safari Park, Avebury Rings, Westonbirt Arboretum or the historic city of Bath. The hotel itself is an historic 16th century Coaching Inn and comprises 26 en-suite bedrooms, Chevral`s Bistro, a wooden panelled `pub` bar as well as a cosy lounge with open fire.
