The Orchard is 3 miles from Lyme Regis, famous for its historic Cobb harbour and the literary connections. For walkers the Orchard is an ideal base from which to explore the magnificent views, fossils ansd wildlife of the Dorset and Devon coasts and close to the South West Coastal Path.
Great country houses and wonderful gardens are within easy distance. For shoppers there is stylish Sidmouth and the market town of Honiton, renowned for its lace.
