Raincliffe Woods is part of the North York Moors National Park, almost 550
square miles of enchanting heather-clad moor, forest and wild countryside.
Ox Pasture with its own acres of rolling farmland park and lakes offers the
most spectacular setting to those who enjoy this lovely region-yet we are
only minutes from the heart of Scarborough!
Sympathetically refurbished to
retain the original character, the hotel now offers arguably the most
luxurious accommodation in the area. All en-suite rooms finished to the
highest standard with comfort in mind. Ground floor rooms are set around the
garden courtyard all rooms have superb views. Comfortable bar, very elegant
restaurant offering extensive and imaginative table d`hote and a la carte
menus to suit all tastes prepared by our talented chefs. An extensive wine
list is offered to complement your meal. The perfect place to rest and
unwind.
Completely refurbished the hotel now offers arguably the most
luxurious accommodation in the area. 21 Double/Twin and 2 Single individual
spacious, well-furnished bedrooms cater for the most discerning guest - with
the added bonus of panoramic views over the countryside. Naturally every
room has full en-suite facilities and some have four poster beds. There is
relaxing lounge, as well as a characterful residents bar, converted from 300
year old buildings.
The restaurant, overlooking the peaceful and beautiful
gardens, presents its own special pleasures. Our talented chef offers a
choice of imaginative table d`hote and a la carte meals to suit all tastes.
Everything - even our bread and home-cooked American-style breakfasts are a
speciality.
