The Grand Hotel remains unique, with many of its original features playing their part in making yours a fantastic break The Hotel is the perfedct base to enjoy Scarboroughs beautiful sandy beaches, promenade walks & seasdie entertainment. It has often been written that the Hotel was designed around the theme of time, with 4 towers for the seasons, 12 floors for the months of the year, 52 chimneys for the weeks and 365 rooms - one for each day of the year. The hotel was also built in the shape of a `V` - symbolising the reign of Queen Victoria.

The Grand Hotel is one of Scarborough`s greatest landmarks. Situated in the town centre, this stately building enjoys pride of place overlooking Scarborough`s picturesque South Bay and Harbour. Without a doubt the views from the Hotels Harbour Lights restaurant are among the finest on this coast. An ideal setting to relax and enjoy Scarborough and the surrounding areas!!!
